Delays caused by force majeure, logistics providers, or third-party services are not the responsibility of Mistral Lava Design.

- Production may require advance payment
- Payments are non-refundable once production has commenced
Any additional costs resulting from design changes after approval may be billed separately.
6. Intellectual Property

are the intellectual property of Mistral Lava Design unless otherwise stated.
Clients may not:

Custom designs developed during a project remain the intellectual property of Mistral Lava Design unless explicitly transferred by agreement.
7. Uploaded Materials & Confidentiality
Drawings, specifications, or files uploaded by clients:

- Used solely for project evaluation and communication
Clients confirm that they hold the rights to any materials submitted and indemnify Mistral Lava Design against third-party claims related to such materials.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Mistral Lava Design shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Liability is limited to the value of the agreed project scope
We are not responsible for:
